私は、世田谷区政府への手紙を書きました。 私は、なぜヘリコプターが世田谷区の上を飛ぶのを許されるか尋ねました。 ここに、世田谷区レスポンス手紙があります。2012年5月31日に受け取られました。
I wrote a letter to the Setagaya-ku government. I asked why helicopters are allowed to fly over Setagaya-ku. Here is the Setagaya-ku response.

マンハッタンの様な規制をするべきだ。
パリのように飛行禁止にすればいい。

飛びたければ海の上でも飛べばいい。
一般市民にとっては、迷惑なだけ、珍走団となんら変わりなし。
ヘリなんて役立ち度合いと迷惑度合い考えたら、廃止でいいわ。
